# The Environmental Authorisations (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2025, Paragraph 29: Packaging (Essential Requirements) Regulations 2015


In the Packaging (Essential Requirements) Regulations 2015, for schedule 1 paragraph 1(4)(b)(essential requirements on the composition and the reusable and recoverable, including recyclable, nature of packaging) substitute—
“(a) in relation to Scotland, paragraphs 4(2) and (3) of schedule 11 (waste management activities) to the Environmental Authorisations (Scotland) Regulations 2018;”.
