# The Environmental Authorisations (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2025, Paragraph 31: Scottish Landfill Tax (Exemption Certificates) Order 2015


In the Scottish Landfill Tax (Exemption Certificates) Order 2015, in article 3(1)(b) (exemption certificates), for “regulation 57 of the Pollution Prevention and Control (Scotland) Regulations 2012” substitute “regulation 62 of the Environmental Authorisations (Scotland) Regulations 2018”.
