# The Environmental Authorisations (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2025, Paragraph 37: Regulation (EU) 2017/852


In article 7(3)(b) (industrial activities) of Regulation (EU) 2017/852 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 May 2017 on mercury, and repealing Regulation (EC) No. 1102/2008, for “the Pollution Prevention and Control Regulations 2012” substitute “the Environmental Authorisations (Scotland) Regulations 2018”.
