# The Environmental Authorisations (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2025, Paragraph 38: Regulation (EU) 2019/1021


In article 2(17)(b) (definitions) of Regulation (EU) 2019/1021 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 June 2019 on persistent organic pollutants (recast) , for “Pollution Prevention and Control (Scotland) Regulations 2012” substitute “Environmental Authorisations (Scotland) Regulations 2018”.
