In schedule 9 (certificates as to proof of certain routine matters) of the Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1995, omit the entries in the table relating to the Control of Pollution (Amendment) Act 1989 and the Water Environment (Controlled Activities) (Scotland) Regulations 2011.
