# The Environmental Authorisations (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2025, Paragraph 6: Goods Vehicles (Licensing of Operators) Act 1995


For paragraph 5(i)(iii) of schedule 2 (information about, convictions of, applicants for and holders of operator’s licences) of the Goods Vehicles (Licensing of Operators) Act 1995, substitute—
“(iii) regulation 69(1)(a) of the Environmental Authorisations (Scotland) Regulations 2018; or”.
