In section 69 (protection of the water environment) of the Forth Crossing Act 2011f1, for “section 20(1) of the Water Environment and Water Services (Scotland) Act 2003 (asp 3)” substitute “section 18 of the Regulatory Reform (Scotland) Act 2014f2”.
