# The Environmental Authorisations (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2025, Paragraph 9: Environmental Protection (Prescribed Processes and Substances) Regulations 1991


(1) Regulation 3A (exclusion of prescribed processes under control of the Pollution Prevention and Control (Scotland) Regulations 2012) of the Environmental Protection (Prescribed Processes and Substances) Regulations 1991 is amended in accordance with sub-paragraphs (2) to (4).
(2) In the heading, for “Pollution Prevention and Control (Scotland) Regulations 2012, substitute “Environmental Authorisations (Scotland) Regulations 2018”.
(3) In paragraph (1), for “a permit under the Pollution Prevention and Control (Scotland) Regulations 2012” substitute “a permit or registration under the Environmental Authorisations (Scotland) Regulations 2018”.
(4) In paragraph (2), after “permit” each time it appears, insert “or registration”.
