Paragraph 34 Medium combustion plants: deemed condition

A deemed permit for the operation of a medium combustion plant which does not include conditions as required by paragraph 14 (compliance) of schedule 27 of the 2018 Regulations is deemed to include the condition in sub-paragraph (2) until the date that SEPA varies the permit to include those conditions.

(2)

The authorised person must report any planned change to the medium combustion plant which would affect the applicable emission limit values to SEPA without undue delay.
