  "heading": "Existing water registrations: pipe/cable crossing registration activity",
  "text": "(1) An existing water registration which authorised a pipe/cable crossing registration activity, to the extent that it authorised a pipe/cable crossing registration, has effect on or after the water sunset date as if it were a registration (within the meaning of the 2018 Regulations) (“a deemed registration”).\n(2) A deemed registration for a pipe/cable crossing registration activity is subject to the standard conditions applicable to a crossing registration activity under the 2018 Regulations.",
