# The Environmental Authorisations (Scotland) Regulations 2018, Regulation 38: Register


(1) SEPA must maintain a register (“the register”) containing the information described in Table 1 of schedule 3.
(2) SEPA must make the register available for inspection by the public—
(a) free of charge; and
(b) at all reasonable times.
(3) The register may be kept in any form (including electronic form).
(4) Schedule 3 has effect.
