Regulation 76 Guidance to SEPA

(1)

The Scottish Ministers may issue guidance to SEPA with respect to the carrying out of its functions under these Regulations, and SEPA must have regard to any guidance issued by the Scottish Ministers under this regulation.

(2)

The Scottish Ministers may give guidance to SEPA under paragraph (1) only after consultation with SEPA.
