  "heading": "Notifications relating to certain applications",
  "text": "(1) This sub-paragraph applies where SEPA receives an application for a—\n(a) permit;\n(b) transfer of a permit;\n(c) variation of a permit;\n(d) surrender of a permit; or\n(e) transfer of a revocation notice.\n(2) Where sub-paragraph (1) applies, SEPA must notify the applicant of—\n(a) the determination period that applies in respect of the application;\n(b) any consultation that is required by virtue of paragraphs 7 and 8 of this schedule (including details of the consultation period); and\n(c) any steps that the applicant is required to take in relation to consultation in accordance with paragraph 8(2).",
