Paragraph 9 Duty to determine an application

(1)

SEPA must grant or refuse (in whole or in part) an application.

(2)

SEPA must notify the applicant of its determination and, where the application is refused, provide—

(a)

grounds for the refusal; and

(b)

details of any right of appeal.
