  "text": "Table 1\nInformation to be included in the register\nInformation\n1.\nThe particulars specified in regulation 12(3)(c) of any notification made to SEPA that a regulated activity is being, or is proposed to be, carried on.\n2.\nAny application made to SEPA for a registration.\n3.\nAny application made to SEPA for a permit.\n4.\nAny application made to SEPA for variation of a permit or a registration.\n5.\nAny application made to SEPA for transfer of a permit or registration.\n6.\nAny application made to SEPA for surrender of a permit or registration.\n7.\nAny modifications accepted by SEPA to an application.\n8.\nAny notice of surrender of a notification received by SEPA.\n9.\nAny application for consolidation of a permit or registration.\n10.\nAny consultation carried out by SEPA\n11\nAny representations made to SEPA—\n(a) in response to a consultation by SEPA as part of its public participation functions; and\n(b) where the person who made the representations requests these to be made available to the public at the time when representations are made.\n12.\nAny notice given to SEPA by an authorised person required by these Regulations.\n13.\nAny permit or registration granted by SEPA.\n14.\nAny variation, transfer, consolidation or surrender of a permit or registration made or granted by SEPA.\n15.\nAny revocation by SEPA of an authorisation.\n16.\nAny regulatory notice issued by SEPA.\n17.\nAny costs recovery notice issued by SEPA.\n18.\nAny fixed monetary penalty imposed by SEPA.\n19.\nAny variable monetary penalty imposed by SEPA.\n20.\nAny VMP undertaking accepted by SEPA.\n21.\nAny non-compliance penalty imposed by SEPA.\n22.\nAny enforcement undertaking accepted by SEPA.\n23.\nAny certificate of non-compliance issued by SEPA.\n24.\nAny notice served by SEPA withdrawing, varying or revoking another notice served by SEPA under these Regulations.\n25.\nAny notice of appeal against a decision by or notice issued by SEPA.\n26.\nThe grounds of appeal submitted by the appellant.\n27.\nAny correspondence between the appellant and SEPA in connection with the appeal.\n28.\nAny representations made by any person in response to a notice by SEPA under paragraph 6 of schedule 4 advising of an appeal, but only if, or to the extent that, the person requests that these be made available to the public at the time when the representations are made.\n29.\nAny determination of an appeal, including any report accompanying a determination.\n30.\nAny information relating to the monitoring of emissions or other parameters held by SEPA and provided by an authorised person in compliance with a condition of an authorisation.\n31.\nAny other information given to SEPA in compliance with a condition of a permit or registration, or a general binding rule, or a notice.\n32.\nAny information held by SEPA as a result of its monitoring of emissions or compilation of information relating to the environment, but only in so far as it relates to—\n(a) emissions from a regulated activity; or\n(b) the impact on the environment from a regulated activity.\n33.\nAny licence, permit, registration or authorisation granted by SEPA which ceased to have effect on either—\n(a) the coming into force of these Regulations; or\n(b) the grant of an authorisation.\n34.\nAny direction given to SEPA by Scottish Ministers under these Regulations.\n35.\nThe information referred to in paragraph 30(d) of schedule 8 (information relating to dose estimates).\n36.\nInformation relating to the regulation of radiation sources.\n37.\nAny outline of a radioactive substances activities programme of inspections (as defined in schedule 8).\n38.\nA summary of the main findings from the implementation of the radioactive substances activities inspection report.",
