Paragraph 10 Weighing Equipment (Automatic Catchweighing Instruments) Regulations 2003

In schedule 3 (requirements in respect of use and manner of use) of the Weighing Equipment (Automatic Catchweighing) Regulations 2003^f1 for “section 2 of the Radioactive Substances Act 1993” substitute “paragraph 5 of schedule 8 of the Environmental Authorisations (Scotland) Regulations 2018”.
