# The Environmental Authorisations (Scotland) Regulations 2018, Paragraph 12: Water Environment (Controlled Activities) (Scotland) Regulations 2011


In schedule 10 (transitional and savings provisions) of the Water Environment (Controlled Activities) (Scotland) Regulations 2011 for paragraph 18(c)(ii) substitute—
“(ii) a permit or registration under the Environmental Authorisations (Scotland) Regulations 2018;”.
