# The Environmental Liability (Scotland) Regulations 2009, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and extent


These Regulations–
(a) may be cited as the Environmental Liability (Scotland) Regulations 2009;
(b) come into force on the day after the day on which they are made; and
(c) extend to Scotland only.
