# The Environmental Liability (Scotland) Regulations 2009, Paragraph 4


All discharges of substances into groundwater which require prior authorisation in pursuance of Council Directive 80/68/EEC of 17th December 1979 on the protection of groundwater against pollution caused by certain dangerous substances.
