# The Environmental Permitting (Electricity Generating Stations) (Amendment) Regulations 2024, Regulation 1: Citation and commencement


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Environmental Permitting (Electricity Generating Stations) (Amendment) Regulations 2024.
(2) These Regulations come into force on 28th February 2026.
