# The Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2016, Regulation 2: Amendment of the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010


The Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010 (referred to in these Regulations as “the principal Regulations”) are amended in accordance with regulations 3 to 28.
