# The Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2009, Regulation 7: Amendment of regulation 24 (notification of the surrender of an environmental permit)


In paragraph (1)(b) of regulation 24 (notification of the surrender of an environmental permit), after “installation”, insert “, except to the extent that it relates to a waste operation”.
