# The Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2011, Regulation 17: Repeals


(1) The Act, except for the provisions referred to in paragraph (2), is repealed.
(2) Those provisions are—
(a) paragraphs 2, 5 to 9 and 11 of Schedule 4;
(b) section 49(1) so far as it relates to those paragraphs of that Schedule; and
(c) section 51.
