Paragraph 3 The Hazardous Waste (England and Wales) Regulations 2005

The Hazardous Waste (England and Wales) Regulations 2005f1 are amended as follows.

In regulation 5(1), insert the following definition after the definition of “radioactive substances activity”—
““radioactive substances exemption” has the meaning given in regulation 2(1) of the Environmental Permitting Regulations;”.
(3)
In regulation 15(1)(a), for “section 15 of the Radioactive Substances Act 1993”, substitute “a radioactive substances exemption”.
