Paragraph 1 The Civil Jurisdiction (Offshore Activities) Order 1987

In article 4 of the Civil Jurisdiction (Offshore Activities) Order 1987^f1, (the title to which article becomes “Application of the Wireless Telegraphy Act 1949 and the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010”), omit the words “the Radioactive Substances Act 1993, any regulations or orders under either of those Acts (subject, however, in the case of such regulations or orders made hereafter, to any contrary intention appearing therein) and”.
