# The Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2013, Regulation 13: Regulation 32 (discharge of functions)


(1) In regulation 32(2) of the principal Regulations—
(a) in sub-paragraph (a) omit “or Part A(2) mobile plant”;
(b) at the end insert—
“;
(c) a small waste incineration plant;
(d) a solvent emission activity”.
(2) In regulation 32(3) and (4) omit “Part A(2) mobile plant or”.
