# The Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2013, Regulation 18: Regulation 63 (directions to the Agency: installations outside the United Kingdom)


(1) In regulation 63(1) of the principal Regulations for “Article 18(1) of the IPPC Directive” substitute “Article 26(1) of the Industrial Emissions Directive”.
(2) In regulation 63(2) of the principal Regulations, for “Article 18(2) of the IPPC Directive” substitute “Article 26(2) of the Industrial Emissions Directive”.
