Regulation 27 Production of other mineral fibres

In Section 3.4 (production of other mineral fibres), in Part A(1)—

(a)

for paragraph (a) substitute—

“(a)

Melting mineral substances including the production of mineral fibres in plants with a melting capacity exceeding 20 tonnes per day.”;

(b)

omit paragraph (b).
