  "text": "For Section 5.3 (disposal of waste other than by incineration or landfill), substitute—\n“SECTION 5.3\nDisposal or recovery of hazardous waste\nPart A(1)\n(a) Disposal or recovery of hazardous waste with a capacity exceeding 10 tonnes per day involving one or more of the following activities—\n(i) biological treatment;\n(ii) physico-chemical treatment;\n(iii) blending or mixing prior to submission to any of the other activities listed in this Section or in Section 5.1;\n(iv) repackaging prior to submission to any of the other activities listed in this Section or in Section 5.1;\n(v) solvent reclamation or regeneration;\n(vi) recycling or reclamation of inorganic materials other than metals or metal compounds;\n(vii) regeneration of acids or bases;\n(viii) recovery of components used for pollution abatement;\n(ix) recovery of components from catalysts;\n(x) oil re-refining or other reuses of oil;\n(xi) surface impoundment.”.",
