# The Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2013, Regulation 41: Coating activities, printing and textile treatments


In Section 6.4 (coating activities, printing and textile treatments)—
(a) in Part A(1), omit paragraphs (a) and (c);
(b) in Interpretation and application of Part B, in paragraph 3, for “a SED installation” substitute “a regulated facility at which a solvent emission activity is carried out”.
