# The Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2013, Regulation 57: Consequential amendment


(1) The Volatile Organic Compounds in Paints, Varnishes and Vehicle Refinishing Products Regulations 2012 are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 3(3) for “an SED (Solvent Emission Directive) activity” substitute “a solvent emission activity”.
(3) In regulation 3(4)—
(a) for “SED (Solvent Emission Directive) Activity” substitute “solvent emission activity”;
(b) for sub-paragraph (a) substitute—
“(a) Schedule 14 to the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010.”.
