  "text": "(1) The following Regulations are revoked—\n(a) the Clean Air Enactments (Repeals and Modifications) Regulations 1974;\n(b) the Control of Industrial Air Pollution (Transfer of Powers of Enforcement) Regulations 1987;\n(c) the Control of Asbestos in the Air Regulations 1990.\n(2) Schedules 7, 13 and 17 to the principal Regulations are revoked.\n(3) Schedule 15 to the principal Regulations is revoked.",
