# The Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2013, Regulation 6: Regulation 5 (interpretation: exempt facilities)


In regulation 5(1) of the principal Regulations, in the definition of “exempt waste operation”, for paragraph (a) substitute—
“(a) that is not carried on at an installation, and”.
