# The Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2018, Regulation 6: Regulation 8 (interpretation: regulated facility)


In regulation 8 (interpretation: regulated facility)—
(a) after paragraph (1)(j) insert—
“(k) a medium combustion plant;
(l) a specified generator”,
(b) after paragraph (4)(g) insert—
“(h) a medium combustion plant;
(i) a specified generator”.
