# The Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2018, Regulation 9: Regulation 24 (notification of the surrender of an environmental permit)


In regulation 24(1) (notification of the surrender of an environmental permit), after sub-paragraph (e) insert—
“(f) a medium combustion plant;
(g) a specified generator”.
