  "heading": "Registration, notification and consent requirements for exempt waste operations",
  "text": "(1) The requirements referred to in regulation 5(1)(a) are—\n(a) an establishment or undertaking must be registered in relation to the waste operation, except in relation to a waste operation falling within paragraph 48 of Schedule 3;\n(b) an establishment or undertaking carrying on a waste operation falling within a description mentioned in sub-paragraph (2) must give notice to the exemption registration authority in accordance with paragraph 8; and\n(c) a waste operation falling within a description mentioned in sub-paragraph (3) must be carried on—\n(i) by, or with the consent of, the occupier of the land where the operation is carried on, or\n(ii) by a person who is otherwise entitled to do so on that land.\n(2) The descriptions mentioned in this sub-paragraph are the waste operation descriptions in paragraphs 6, 7, 9, 10, 19 , 40 and 46 of Schedule 3.\n(3) The descriptions mentioned in this sub-paragraph are the waste operation descriptions in paragraphs 4, 6, 7 ,8, 9, 11, 13, 14, 15, 17, 18, 19, 25, 40, 41, 42, 45, 46 and 48 of Schedule 3.",
