Paragraph 9 Notifiable exempt waste operations: changes to the quantity of waste disposed of or recovered

An establishment or undertaking which wishes to dispose of or recover a quantity of waste greater than that notified to the exemption registration authority must give the authority a further notice which complies with paragraph 8.
