# The Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2007, Paragraph 12: Environmental Protection Act 1990


In section 44A, after subsection (8), insert—
“(8A) The Environment Agency shall publicise any direction given to it under subsection (6) above in such manner as it considers appropriate.”.
