# The Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2007, Paragraph 16: Environmental Protection Act 1990


In section 59A, after subsection (3), insert—
“(4) A waste regulation authority shall publicise any direction given to it under subsection (1) above in such manner as it considers appropriate.”.
