# The Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2007, Paragraph 29: The Deposits in the Sea (Exemptions) Order 1985


In article 4(2) of the Deposits in the Sea (Exemptions) Order 1985 for the words “regulation 1(3) of the Waste Management Licensing Regulations 1994”, substitute (in relation to England and Wales) “regulation 2(1) of the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2007”.
