The Conservation (Natural Habitats &c.) Regulations 1994f1 are amended (in relation to England and Wales) as follows.

Omit regulations 83 and 84.

In regulation 84A—
(a)
for the cross heading, substitute—
“Environmental permits under the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2007”.
(b)
in paragraph (1), for “a permit under the Pollution Prevention and Control (England and Wales) Regulations 2000”, substitute “an environmental permit under the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2007”.
