In regulation 2(2)(a) of the Control of Pollution (Oil Storage)(England) Regulations 2001, for “regulation 1(3) of the Waste Management Licensing Regulations 1994”, substitute “regulation 2(1) of the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2007”.
