# The Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2007, Paragraph 48: The Greenhouse Gas Emissions Trading Scheme Regulations 2005


In regulation 8(3)(b) of the Greenhouse Gas Emissions Trading Scheme Regulations 2005, for paragraph (i) substitute (in relation to England and Wales)—
“(i) the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2007;”.
