Paragraph 5 Environmental Protection Act 1990

For section 33A(1)^f1, substitute—

“(1)

This section applies where a person is convicted of an offence—

(a)

under section 33 above, in respect of a contravention of subsection (1) of that section;

(b)

under regulation 38(1)(a) of the 2007 Regulations, in respect of a waste operation.”
