  "text": "(1) Section 34 is amended as follows.\n(2) For subsection (1)(aa) substitute—\n“(aa) to prevent any contravention by any other person of regulation 12 of the 2007 Regulations or of a condition of an environmental permit;”.\n(3) In subsection (1)(c)(ii) for “or any condition of a permit granted under regulation 10 of those Regulations” substitute “or regulation 12 of the 2007 Regulations, or a contravention of a condition of an environmental permit,”.\n(4) For subsection (3)(b) substitute—\n“(b) any person who is the holder of an environmental permit in relation to a waste operation;”.\n(5) After subsection (3)(b), insert—\n“(ba) any person who is carrying on an exempt waste operation;”.",
