  "text": "In this Part—\n“final confidentiality decision” means—\n(a) a determination under regulation 50, or\n(b) the determination or withdrawal of an appeal in relation to a determination under regulation 50;\n“the information subject” means the person to whom information relates;\n“objection notice” means a notice given under regulation 48(1)(b).",
