Regulation 65 Guidance to regulators, exemption registration authorities and exemption authorities

An appropriate authority may issue guidance to a regulator, exemption registration authority or exemption authority with respect to the exercise of its functions under these Regulations.

In the exercise of those functions the regulator, exemption registration authority or exemption authority must have regard to the guidance.
