  "text": "(1) The 1993 Act, except for the provisions referred to in paragraph (2), is repealed.\n(2) Those provisions are—\n(a) paragraph 5 of Schedule 4,\n(b) section 49(1) so far as it relates to that paragraph, and\n(c) section 51.",
