Regulation 76 Amendment of the Transfrontier Shipment of Waste Regulations 2007
For regulation 16 of the Transfrontier Shipment of Waste Regulations 2007f1, substitute—
“The Waste (England and Wales) Regulations 2011
16.The reference to a waste management plan in regulation 7 of the Waste (England and Wales) Regulations 2011f2 includes a waste management plan made under this Part.”.
