  "text": "The regulator must exercise its relevant functions so as to ensure compliance with the following provisions of the Industrial Emissions Directive—\n(a) Article 5(1) and (3);\n(b) Article 7;\n(c) Article 8(2);\n(d) Article 9;\n(e) Article 11;\n(f) Article 13(7);\n(g) Article 14;\n(h) Article 15 (excluding the penultimate sub-paragraph of Article 15(4));\n(i) Article 16;\n(j) Article 17;\n(k) Article 18;\n(l) Article 20(1) and (2);\n(m) Article 22 (excluding the last sub-paragraph of Article 22(2));\n(n) Article 26(4).",
